What internet speed do I need?
We recommend at least 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K on each active screen. A wired connection is ideal for your main television.
Why is my stream buffering?
Restart your router and device, close other heavy downloads, then try a wired connection or move closer to Wi-Fi. Our team can help if it continues.
How do I add a new device?
Install the Urstream app, select Sign in, and enter the email and password on your account. Your favorites will sync automatically.
Can I watch while travelling?
Usually, yes—though channel rights and availability can change between regions. Check local availability before you travel.
